If the service has not yet commenced and no non-refundable fees have been incurred for project preparation, you may be eligible for a refund.

3. Opened or Service Already Commenced Situation

Since air conditioning installation services may involve equipment preparation, on-site arrangements, and manual services:

Even if the equipment has been opened, you can still contact us to apply for a return or refund.

If the service is not yet completed, we will assess the handling plan based on the actual situation.

If the equipment has been installed or the service has been completed, the refund will be reviewed based on the actual service situation, project completion status, and related costs.

Please contact us in advance to confirm the specific processing method when you need to cancel or apply for a refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

If the refund application is approved:

Refund Confirmation Time: Usually processed after review;

Refund Arrival Time: Usually takes 3-5 business days depending on the payment method used by the customer and the bank’s processing time.

Actual arrival time may vary depending on the processing speed of the bank or payment institution.
